Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time they are placed.

We ship throughout Greece via ELTA Courier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
After receiving confirmation from us, the item must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

We do not offer refunds, as each product comes with detailed measurements.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via Instagram DM or email before placing your order.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is returned in its original condition.

The return shipping cost is €5 and is covered by the customer.
